Lived at The Greens through 2 consecutive leases, and did not renew because of extensive needed renovations to the apartment buildings and scorpion problem. I heard of scorpion problems from neighbors in 2002 after lease signing, and began my own scorpion issues in 2003, where I was killing up to 2 large per day. Seemed that apartments with fireplaces had significant more scorpions. Horrible noise levels, crime, including physical assults and break/entering. HORRID AIMCO managment and staff- could not deal with broken pipes, flooding, port-o-potties left in our front yards, and icing on the cake, rude and alarmingly discourteous attitudes from staff. Finished my lease and kept immaculate move-out records with reciepts because managment company so awful. Cabinets peeling, broken microwaves, moulding falling a part, lots of other bugs besides scorpions. Apartments looks well kept on the outside, totally broken to the core on the inside. Would rather be homeless than live in a community run by AIMCO.

I am really glad you mentioned that this place is run by AIMCO. I previously lived at Pine Shadows, another AIMCO failure. That apartment was also filled with scorpions and surrounded by druggie neighbors and homeless people, not to mention the horrible management and unreachable maintenance crew! After moving last January I vowed to NEVER live at another AIMCO property and to make sure and warn anyone I could about the horrible living conditions they provide!

Jesus thank you, I would die if i saw a scorpion being from the city back east I would call the fire men. Seriously. thanks i will not be looking at this place.
