This place is a dream-come-true! I've lived here half a year and have absolutely no complaints.
Before signing the lease, we were given a move-in date that would later be changed, and the staff felt so bad about it, they gave us a $250 dollar visa gift card.
I read a review when I was looking at this place that said it had scorpions, but I haven't seen a single bug since moving in! (And believe me - I would notice!) The staff truly cares: once a month they deliver a community calendar to your door along with a slip of paper asking if they can fix anything or help you with anything in your residence.
For Christmas they delivered a Christmas card and poinsettias to each residence.
The neighbors are nice and down-to-earth, but not so friendly as to be a nuisance.
Everybody waves, and all the staff knows your name and your dog! The apartment itself is just beautiful (mine looks like it's overlooking a resort).
The outside of the buildings look more like a neighborhood than apartments.
Security is pretty tight, and they'll interview anyone they don't recognize.
My fiance has been (gently) interrogated a few times, but I'd gladly answer a few questions in order to feel safe.
The high-tech gym is open 24-7.
My only worry is that once I move out, I'll never find another place I'll like as much!
