If ever there was in my opinion a profit making scam THE GREENS IS IT

What they do is to tell you they WILL contact ALL your references and employers But THAT IS A LIE.
What they really do, is keep you there 3 hours, as I was on Sunday 20, Sept., 09.
I told them I had a bad credit problem from a divorce CLEAR BACK IN 1995 IN ASPEN.
"Oh no problem, we only care about what has happened since then yada yada yada.
I gave them nearly a DOZEN LETTERS OF REFERENCE.
I gave them the personal phone #s and EMs of my banker, my stocker broker and my landlord for the past 5 years (a former Pres of Conversionas with JP Morgan Chase in Columbusa, Oh).
I gave them my new Az employers contact information.
Did they contact any of them'' HELL NO They took my 40 bucks and sent in my SSN and DOB to some bunch of punks at an Equifax type place and all they did was come back with "OH DEAR BACK IN 1995 HE HAD CREDIT PROBLEMS"
No feces ---- -----.
I told them that.
Now think about this they collect 40 bucks a head from say 5 people a day 7 days week who they believe are going to get rejected because they are being truthful about past credit and good progress since then.
So multiply 5 a day by 365 days by all the places this EXCHANGE LISTED GROUP OF SCHMUCKS OWN and voila you've got a lot of bucks coming in.
Plus they WILL NOT RETURN ORIGINAL PAPERWORK WHERE MY SSN AND DOB AND REFERNECES ARE ATTACHED.
I have had 2 indentity tamperings this year and now these 25 year old puhtzs have all my personal info.
STAY AWAY FROM THE GREENS AND ANY AIMCO REIT in my opinion.
I have already written to the BBB, State of Az Attorney General, the SEC.

Well, I'm 20, have almost no credit, and got an apartment here no problem. They didn't even charge me an extra deposit, which completely their right to do.
Maybe they just realized that you thought a little too highly of yourself and didn't want you to live here.
Plus, there's no way they see 5 people a day that they actually have to run their credit. So get off your high horse and stop writing reviews about apartments you know nothing about.

Don't listen to the above response. The Greens office staff is incompetent and will do anything to justify why they had to charge more "fees." Wait until something goes astray until you say they are worthwhile.
