I have lived here for over 4 1/2 years.
I obviously would not be here if I didn't like it.
I am amazed at all the negative comments that I see here, because I have never had a single bad experience here.
I've talked to my neighbors & they love it too.
The management is amazing always saying hi & doing little fun activities for us.
BBQ's breakfast at the front gate, donuts in the clubhouse on Sundays.
Stuff they don't have to do I'm sure but want to to be nice.
Every time I've needed anything fixed it has been done within 1-2 days & they will always let me know what is going on.
I know that on these websites people usually only complain because no one else will listen to them, I think this is petty & childish.
If you have a valid complaint take it to the management, they will address it for you.
I firmly believe that people don't talk about their good experiences enoiugh, that is why I wanted to make mine known.
I love it here & have no plans of leaving anytime soon.

Granted, I lived there for 16 months and it wasn't horrible. It was probably as good if not better than other apt complexes (because of the garages and updated units), but what I did notice were the changes that occurred during those 16 months (younger and younger population, louder and louder parties lasting later and later). It seemed like those background checks and high standards the Greens touted got pushed under the rug and mgmt wasn't adept (or willing) at enforcing the rules that were being violated. I suppose this is what happens when rental occupancy rates are at all time lows though.

So you're agist? I'm twenty years old and live at the Greens. Am I instantly a bad tenant due to my age? I happen to pay my rent on time every month, and have never had a complaint laid against me. Yes I have people over every now and again, but I should be allowed to entertain my friends at my own place.
So, just because you're old and lonely doesn't mean you have to throw younger generations under the bus.
Plus, everything in the above review is accurate, so who cares who wrote it? They had to combat all the nay-sayers pissing and moaning about their own idiocy.
