Great Rental Experience!

Management & maintenance were great. Quiet living (except near the pools & basketball court where kids would play and when landscaping would work with their leaf blower), very nice neighborhood, and very safe. Even though it is not a gated community, they offered neighborhood watch meetings, and even had a police person on call that lived in the community in case of an emergency, not that I ever needed this service. I cannot express how wonderful it was to live here, and I would not have moved except that my career took me elsewhere. They also offered "get to know your neighbor" events in the clubhouse, and were dedicated to community involvement. They maintained the property very well, and the landscaping was mature, and well kept. Debbie in the mangaement office was great, and really went out of her way to accomodate all the residents needs. Overall, a great place to call home.
