Older apartments with constant issues almost every month. Ongoing problems with AC unit. Maintenance would respond quickly but little done to correct the issues. 2 of 3 office staff were pain in the rear. Rude at times and not very thorough. Carpet is well over 10 years old and still hasn't been replaced. Why replace' Padding is flat in many areas, stains in every room, etc. Every sink has rust and previous attempts to patch failed two months into the lease. Office hours on weekends could improve. No Sunday hours =(
