Worth the money but ...

Pros -
The apartments have a good layout.
Management rocks. Service rocks. Very friendly and customer oriented - Bruce/Jo/Karen
Ample Parking. Car Wash area.
Good Location. Chandler City park nearby. Groceries @ 1 mile. Reasonable Rent.

Cons -
Old Appliances - though i hear they have started remodelling the newer leases.
Old Construction - a little creaky at times, patio could be improved.
Cabinet space is limited in the kitchen.
Not Gated - May be a consideration. though it has been safe without them as well.
Carpet Replacement is over 5 years.
Water Purifier is not good. Be ready to make visits to the local Water&Ice.
The Garbage bins are located far away from each other.
