When I moved to Hohokam Villas I was impressed with the service, the staff and the overall look and feel of the community. My initial first reaction was a positive one. Now, my opinion has dramatically changed.

Leaks in my roof have yet to be repaired, and over all the management seems distracted, overwhelmed and totally incapable of handling pressing issues. When Bruce was the manager, I felt that my concerns were addressed and that customer service was a priority. Now, I just don t feel safe, secure or that anyone really cares about the property or the concerns of long term residents.

Until this property can get their act together, I would not recommend this property to anyone. In fact, I am so upset with the new management; I intend to move out at the end of my lease.

I totally agree with the safety part. My car has been vandalized twice and my apartment was broken into. The management wouldn't do anything. On a good note, my experience with maintenance has been positive. They do respond quickly, though I have had to place half a dozen requests in the past year. I think that management just changed as of 12/15/2007.

i too have felt the strain of the new management, and although maintenance responds fairly quickly i have had way too many work orders in the past two years. one time they didn't wait for my permission to enter and just barged right in! which, wasn't a big deal, but i felt that they should have at least waited until i got home (which was about 20 minutes after i received their call) on a positive note, i really love my floor plan and my street facing unit on the top floor allows for lots of privacy. people are generally quiet here which is nice too. overall i have had a great experience here. i will not be renewing my lease because i am relocating to another state, but if i were to stay in az, i would definitely. its a fair price, large units, nice neighborhood and easy access to chandler, tempe and mesa.
