I am not officially a tenant at Hohokam yet but I do have friends that live there. It is awesome, they had a really cool party 4th of July weekend and a few people complained but it was probably because they were pissed that they weren't invited. I like Hohokam, most of the people that I've seen there are young and really those complainers should understand that people are entitled to bump their music a little bit just as long as it's within the non-quiet hours. Hopefully their lease is up soon and make room for the cool people :-O

partyman?? if that isn't a flag for an inconsiderate, loud, obnoxious person, i don't know what is! if you don't live here, you have no business commenting on what it's like to be a tenant here, especially when you're obviously one of the contributors to the problems that people who DO live here have to deal with!

Hohokam is supposed to be known as a quiet community. I have found this to be true, most of the time. Nice families, retirees, and believe me any "partyman" or party-woman usually get a notice when the party is too much. If you want a party atmosphere, go to complexes around ASU, not here.
