I have lived here for a while there is too much ---- that goes on. The Apartment manager is not involved in the community. The price is high for the living conditions. If I can say one good thing is I am looking forward to get out of here. They complain about having to fix or replace thing. They are good about selling there apartment but once you move in you learn how bad it is here. There are always apartments open because people are trying to finish out there contract and find a better place. They have a gym that has weights that nobody knows how to use and the machines are never working. So think twice before you go a head with moving in.

IN RESPONSE TO YOUR OPINION OF KACHINA, I HIGHLY DISAGREE WITH YOU. I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR 4 YEARS AND HAVE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS. IF YOU FOLLOW THE RULES THEN YOU WOULDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE STAFF. MY EXPERIENCE WITH MAINTENANCE IS THAT IF SOMETHING IS BROKEN AND CANNOT BE FIXED, THEN IT IS REPLACED WITHIN 48 HRS. IF ITS SOMETHING THAT CAN EASILY BE FIXED, OF COURSE THEY WOULDN'T REPLACE IT. IT'S AN APARTMENT COMPLEX AND THAT IS STANDARD PROCEDURE FROM MY EXPERIENCE. I HAVE ONLY POSITIVE THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THE PROPERTY. I WILL BE RESIDING HERE UNTIL I PURCHASE MY OWN HOME, AS MOST PEOPLE DO.
