I am a 24 year old father and husband and me and my family have lived in Kachina apts. for less than a year now and after 8 months i have decided to do my country a favor by joining the army since deciding so i have asked the property manager and the office manager to help us for our last month since i would be joining in mid november they said it would be fine and they would talk it over to their management company to work something out for us. They seemed like great people but now i have recently receieved a notice on my door saying they are taking us to court for 1700 DOLLARS stating that we are breaking the lease when it clearly says anyone on military active duty that gets orders to move to a military post can break their lease free of charge so in closing i say that up until now the service has been great but after this debochle i suggest you take second glance at the management at KACHINA before you move in you might just see a sheep in WOLFS clothing and escape before its too late.

I sincerely hope you have something better to do all day than to try and insult people on apartmentratings.com but then again judging from your response I'm guessing that's ALL you do.
