We like it very much so far. Staff is very friendly, helpful and the maintenance staff are on top of everything, there were a few things that needed attention but they were on top of them in two days time. They have a lake that is beautiful, stocked with fish and ducks. A Chandler Police Office patrols the complex, his name is Ben, he makes sure things stay QUIET and SAFE. If you like a quiet, peaceful, adult community this is the place.
