If it weren't for Laura, the friendliest apartment (assistant) manager, I wouldn't have felt welcome at all. The Management team suffers from people skills and lacks manners. Could use a course or two in business. This place was wise to employee Laura Carey, she's what holds it together. The reason why I'm leaving is because, so many of Lakeside's competitors have w/d in each apt, and offers 3bdrm.
