I lived here for two years. This was mainly a positive experience. The staff was responsive and responsible. I loved having the lake nearby and not being overcharged for it. My rent was $780 for the bedroom/den set up. Really nice neighbors. My only problem with the place was the landscapers being there on Tuesdays very early in the morning. I had complained about this several times with mixed results. So I would express caution regarding the cooperation of getting that changed. Other than that, I can say that it is a nice, safe neighborhood, friendly people, easy access to the mall and two major shopping centers, and very close to both the South 202 and the 101 loops. When I moved out they refunded the majority of my deposit which is almost unheard of these days. I think you'd enjoy this place.
