My husband and I rented at Lake View at Ocotillo while our home was being built. We found the staff to be very helpful and friendly . We had to change are lease end date several times due to the builder changing our ready date. We also signed a 4 month lease, but ended up staying almost six months. We were told at the time we applied for the apartment we would be required to give a 30 day notice to end our lease, and again at the time of move in, not to mention the fact that it was in our two page lease. I would not give much merit to:"bone-head@ cox.net" I think his name says it all! He didn't pay attention to what I am sure he was told or the terms of his lease. In fact I didn't come a cross one single place that didn't require you to give a 30 day notice when you intended to move out. We recommend the Lake View and the friendly staff very highly!
