This complex was aware of a drug raid that took place 2 months ago, and never evicted the tennats of that raid. They claim to be a crime free enviroment, but do not abide by what they offer. Their excuse was that they were never informed, yet all 4 security gates into the community remained open 24/7 for 2 weeks during the time of the raid. The raid that was done, was by an agency other than that of the Chandler Police Department. I find the management company to be negligent, and self-serving. I would advise anyone who looks to live her to think about their safety and the fact that the company will charge $1300 or more to break your lease.
