The staff is nice, but completely incompetent. I had a window that was broken the entire 15 months I lived there - I requested it to be fixed at least 7 times. My apartment was broken into, the police were in the parking lot at least twice a week, there was a fire in the apartment across from me, my garbage disposal didn't work the last 6 months I lived there, I left a security deposit of $1000 and recieved only $400 back - I was told the entire amount was refundable because it was just for security - I left a cleaning deposit of $250 on top of that, there was a man attacking women living in the apartment - after several attacks the apartments finally asked him to leave, the security gates never worked, and the worst part is the last 5 months my apartment was infested with crickets - literally 30 - 100 crickets at any given time in my bathtub, kitchen, bed, and in light fixtures - it was horrifying.
