Still Waiting For Deposit Refund

Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2002
 
Gave ample notice (60 days) they had my apartment rented the day our lease terminated and we are still waiting on our reconciliation and deposit refund. AZ law requires 14 day return of deposit/reconciliation and I am still waiting.
