Without a doubt, the worst management team I've ever dealt with. That's including some pretty dumpy places in college! It is not the same "nice" people mentioned in the other reviews. My car was broken into less than 2 weeks after moving in. I made it outside in enough time to see the thieves drive out through the BROKEN guard gate. I went into the office after leaving multiple messages (messages they admitted that they never listened to) and was told that the manager was "too busy running reports" to talk to me. I called her supervisor at Greystar Real Estate Partners, and they are equally incompetent. It took them 20 days to get back to me and not resolve a single thing!
I had to submit a maintenance request 3 times in order to get hot water running in the shower (took 13 days and a very angry call). The complex is in an obvious downward spiral. There are broken garage doors throughout the property, garage littered in the bushes, I've ONLY seen 1 used condom in the parking lot so far. Parking is terrible if you have more than 1 car. People park along all the curbs and fire lanes.
I'm NOT a complainer. This place is just THAT BAD! If you're considering it, take a close look at what youre getting into. This has all happened within a month of moving in. It's a pocket of BAD in an otherwise nice area. WISH I WOULD HAVE SEEN THIS SITE SOONER........11 MONTHS TO GO!!! THEY'RE GOING CONDO ALSO.

This douche bag must think that the management staff must not only double as police officers, but that this magical guard gate must keep everyone out that is not a resident. Not to mention this noncomplainer probably doesn't know which knob to turn to "activate" the hot water within his apartment. Ignorance runs rampant, and it is unfortunate that the wrong people are caught in the cross fire.
