Okay I have lived here for 6 months, I am going to be very honest and I wont tell any tall tales. Yes they are being turned into condos, but a lot of these condo conversions are falling through in other parts of the valley. They are still offering 13 month leases or less. They at the moment are priced lower then near by apartments. Yes, The new staff is just awful, but the maint. team is trying. All the improvements they are making for the so called condo conversions are actually making this a nice place. It has been painted, they are resurfacing the parking lots and redoing the 2 pools. Landscape work is to follow. The apartments are older with older appliances but they are very large and unique and except pets. You get one covered spot but there are several open uncovered spots. mainly since most of the residents have moved away. There have been reports of minor crimes like stereos out of cars being stolen but I have never witnessed it and feel safe here. I have very few complaints about bugs, mainly crickets (not many) but i am not on a ground floor. Also the walls are pretty thick I rarely hear my neighbors unless they are moving or hanging pictures on walls. After weighing the good and the bad I think I am going to renew my lease because this is a great area, I love my apartment even if the staff and condo conversion unpgrades are annoying. Its worth considering if u wanna save a few bucks and u want the extra room. Women will love the bigger kitchen and laundry rooms in the 2 and 3 bedroom apartments.
