I've been living here for about 2 months and my husband and I have not had a great experience. We came from an apartment complex a few miles north of Lakeview and we loved it there, however we moved here because of the great price. Before we even moved in, the apartment we originally picked was given away and we weren't notified until I called to confirm that everything was okay for us to move in. What's even worse, the whole thing happened again. So we're in our 3rd choice of an apartment. Now I know why, their rent is so low. We had 2 leaks in our ceiling within the first 2 weeks of moving in, our garbage disposal is broken, the faucet in our second bathroom didn't work at all, the door to the second bedroom doesn't even match the door frame. This place wouldn't be so bad if the management cared and actually got things taken care of within a day or so of our phone call. We don't have a whole lot of noise, so that is nice and it's nice that for the most part we're in a really great area. Hopefully the management will start taking initiative and responsibility when they make mistakes and when repairs need to be made.
