Mark Taylor now owns

I was hoping that with the change of management, things would change for the better. After all, Mark Taylor group is decent. Although an improvement, they still have a ways to go....The typical response from the manager when you get an incorrect answer from the incompetent staff is "she is new".
The negatives....Gates are always broken open. Little gang banger wannabees always vandalizing the complex and loitering. Even though the windows are double paned, the electric bill is outrageous. I paid $140 for a one bedroom this month when I keep my thermostat at 78 degrees and make sure I keep cooking and washing to a minimum and ONLY during cooler times of the night. The complex supposedly spent all this money to have renovations done but I haven't seen it beyond the pool table in the office. Outdoor light fixtures have been broken for months (thanks to the vandalizing hoodrats)and not addressed. Lighting is always out and very dark in some parts of the complex. The pools have a tendency to be dirty...that is when they are functioning.
The plus....Renters can now have their packages left at the office again....old management stopped this service due to "keeping the office aesthetic for the residents". Huh'
More than likely will not renew
