The management is terrible and dishonest

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
The management was dishonest with us when we moved in as to what utilities we would have to pay and now that we just moved out they sent us a bill for $550 to replace the carpet that the bill said was damaged. When I went to the office they said that the carpet was dirty. They made no attempt to clean the carpet!!!! The carpet was used when we moved in and the previous stains quickly resurfaced.
