Horrible management, dirty pools, bad maintenance!

The place is made out to be very nice when you see visit, but shortly after move in you find out how things REALLY work around this place. The pools are NEVER clean, and if they are, they are usually closed. People are constantly screaming, and the Chandler Police website states this address as having the highest call rate, second only to the HOSPITAL!!!
Parking is a NIGHTMARE! You get 1 covered spot, and uncovered is first come first serve. There are HARDLY ANY uncovered spaces, and they are ALWAYS full except miles from your apartment, which is dangerous because there are break-ins and the area is VERY DARK at night!
The maintenance workers are nice, however I often have to call a second or third time to have things fixed. When they DO come, they work as fast as they can and don't do a good job. The management staff is constantly changing, and they are unwilling to help with problems concerning yard workers (whom THEY employ) or loud tenants. The yard workers blew grass, weeds, and dust all over my brand new car with their mower, and it scratched my car! There is a fitness center, but I have seen in open only 1 time since I lived here.
Also, BEWARE if you move here - they charge unbelievable rates for carpet replacement in your apartment when you move out! The carpet is low quality, and ANYTHING spilled on it WILL LEAVE A STAIN AND WILL NOT COME OUT, and you get charged for it! The carpet was stained when we moved in! My neighbor was charged $550, and their carpet was used when they moved in!!!
I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE AGAINST LIVING HERE - YOU CAN DO BETTER WITH YOUR MONEY!!!
