I have only lived here a short time, March '04, and I'll be moving out July '04. Since March, I have had many, many maint. issues, such as a broken toilet (letting them know, we didn't know it had been broken, so it had been used, to which they replied, "well, you do have another toilet you can use, right'!'" ARE YOU KIDDING ME'!'!), kitchen garbage disposal busted, causing a backed up sink twice, spiders, ants and roaches seem to run rampant here, amongst other issues. I have filed several maint. requests, and ALL of them have taken anywhere from 3-9 days for them to even RESPOND to the issue, EVEN at several calls. Then, most calls were eventually either remedied by a SECONDARY call to "re-fix" the problem, or me having to fix it myself! The pools are dirty and not well maintained, esp if you look at the others not near the front ofc. I reported a filthy pool & a dead bird in the pool & later in the afternoon of that same day, no one had been out to even remove the bird. The parking lots are a mess. If you get a package in the mail, they may or may not notify you that you have one & if you do not pick it up w/in 2 days, they send it back...All of this being dealt with a very condescending attitude that the ofc staff seems to carry around with them. Luckily, I have not had a huge problem with noise...so if that's your main concern, by all means, enjoy your stay.
