I would not recommend living here unless you live in the front half of the community near the entrance and office. When you hit the sides and back of the complex there are nothing but problems. Main water lines break at least twice a month leaving entire buildings without running water for hours on end, without any notice to residents.
Residents with allergies may want to make sure their future apartment has new carpet installed before moving in, numerous pet owners live here, and carpet is not replaced. Leaving fur, scents, and who knows what else on your new apartments carpets. It takes months to have maint. repair burnt out light bulbs, and what you list at the beginning of your lease as problems with your new home may just take your whole lease until they even notice the problems, right when you move out. Graffiti is strewn through the back of the complex, and despite the front gate to suppose some security, it is never closed. Pet owners and maint. leave behind doggie doo to just lay out in the grass and gravel for people to step in. Do yourself a favor and look for a better place to live.
