I lived at Los Arboles for about a year. My corner was quiet for the most part. The complaints were the wild cats fighting at 2 in the morning and the "partying" in the parking with the gangsters until 3. I know in one week four of my neighbors cars were stolen. There is a redneck who went around keying cars that had a Kerry bumper sticker on it. Yes bald headed redneck in the white crappy car with the Bush stickers we know it was you. The pools are absolutly disgusting, I saw someone letting a dog swim in one. The Police and Sheriffs were at the complex at least once a week, and usually it would be more then one so you know there was an issue. Something broke and maintance called us on the phone and asked if we could fix it. It is Section 8 so beware of angry welfare moms with lisps who can't afford to have kids so they are angry at the world for it, yeah she sounded like Daffy Duck. The gates were broken 99% of the time, it is not secure, and there are places where the "gated community" would have the gate kind of disappear when you kept walking along it, and for the walls it was about 2 feet high, what is that suppose to do' Now the kicker, management, changes every month, each group gets more dumb, I was told they are all temps except the brown toothed manager, she is not with the program. AIMCO sucks. Oh and I almost forgot, the litter on the grounds is bad, kids are ghetto (section 8 duh,)the park behind the complex I saw some kids come from Los Arboles beat up some poor fat kid, and the parking lot, oh the parking lot, rain in Phoenix is not a common thing, but it was flooded, about 2 feet, what does Los Arboles do, wait for the sun to do its job and evaporite it, so in other words we would be under 2 feet of water for about a week, good luck living at Los Arboles. If that dental nightmare of a manager is there, be sure to have whatever empty promises she will say will be in writing, even then I doubt she will pull through. Cheers! SROlYjGrgm2VnM-SactV
