I've lived at los arboles for 5 years now and have seen ups and downs. I really like the new manager Angie. She is very educated and smart and willing to assist her tenants in any way possible. I've had a few maintenance problems, but they have been taken care of within 24-48 hours. No complains. I just got my lease renewal letter the other day and I am renewing. I would recomend this place to anyone. And those of you who have complained about their cars... Welcome to Phoenix, honey. Deal with it. You should have car insurrance anyway. Los Arboles is a great place with beautifully manicured grounds and a professional staff.
