I lived here for 2 years. It was actually the best place I've lived in. I loved the floor plans. And we were always treated really well. But there were some bad things that happened. The gates usually don't work the previous reviews are not lying. And it is annoying but they usually get them fixed right away. I am a young woman and I never felt unsafe here. I lived in the back of the complex where a previous review said was the worst. But I had great parking, and never felt scared. My roommates Car did get stolen but like the previous review said, welcome to phoenix that is going to happen everywhere and it is not as bad as some apartments i've lived in around phoenix. The water does get shut off a lot And that is annoying. I hear they no longer have the fitness center, but do they still give you a free gym membership to fitness forum'' because if they do, that's where i worked out anyway and they have showers there for when the water gets shut off. LOL I really enjoyed living here, I didn't have many bad experiences here. I would and have reccommended this place. And besides the rates are amazing.
