I recently toured the property with Charles, a leasing agent at Los Arboles, and rented an apartment. Unfortunitly my credit did not pass on their system. But I read the other reviews on this site and thought I would post my opinion. The grounds were immaculate! I dont think I've ever seen such a clean apartment complex ever! I loved the fact that each unit can control its own a/c and heating and all the shade that the many kinds of trees provided. I noticed that the property is a really quiet place. The apartment appliances are slightly older, as is the property but was told they can upgrade them at an additional cost! How great is that' Also, Charles and the other office people were so nice and helpful and were more than willing to help me out. Once I clean up my credit I will be re applying at Los Arboles. Oh how they fool you, I thought the same thing when I toured, but when you actually move in, youy are a nobody, they dont care... you will learn to hate this place. honest truth!

Akayc81... How do we fool you? I don't belive we have. If you have a concern, please stop by the office so we can take care of it as soon as possible for you. Please do not feel that you are nobody (I don't know who you are) or feel that we don't care. We DO respond to all issues as fast as we can. Los is a beautiful community and AIMCO is a great company.
