Lied to when applied- be careful

I met w/ the sales manager and explained my credit was in poor condition due to a bankrupty and did NOT want to apply if that was a SOLE basis of being accepted. I didnt want to spend the money on the application process. The manager assured me, they looked at everything-(rental history, which mine is excellent for the last 3 years, and my amount of income...) they took my money to apply and called me right back and stated due to your credit history alone, we can not accept you. I was so mad, since they assured they looked at everything. I found another (much NICER apartment the next day) and was ACCEPTED. They will take your money, on your application so becareful if you have a poor credit report. I felt very deceived. THANK GOD I didnt rent there, expecially after reading the other reviews.

This guy wrote a bad review and he doesn't even live here. The aprtments aren't bad just because he couldn't afford to live here.
