This place gets more ghetto by the day!

Yesterday was the second time in as many months that I was almost seriously hurt by a broken step! The first time, the step was cracked, and my call to get it fixed was ignored. One day, as I was walking down stairs, the whole step collapsed. Luckily, I was holding the railing! Yesterday, apparently they decided to replace some of the slab steps but didn't weld them to the frame, so when I stepped on it the whole thing slid forward, with me on it! Maintenance's idea of repairing it was to put i back in place and put two greasy orange cones on it.
I've also had a hole in my ceiling for the last 3 weeks covered in a plastic bag that is slowly filling with honey. Apparently the walls and roof are full of honey from an old hive and they can't seem to get their acts together to fix this and cover my ceiling back up!
You have to call the office on multiple occasions to get anything done, especially if you talk to Tweedledumb or Tweedledumber. Honestly, I've lived in other Aimco communities, and I've been an Aimco resident since Jan. of 2000, and I have NEVER dealt with the level of incompetence I deal with here. My dog could run the place better.
My friend moved in here, and her and her roommate had MUSHROOMS growing out of her ceiling.
Those people who love the free fitness passes' They got rid of those last April. no fitness room on property and no more fitness passes. The pools are always grubby, except the one near the office, because they show that one. The front of the property is gorgeous, the back is like a south Phoenix ghetto... UGLEEEEE!
When it rains, the parking lot is a lake! Also, they either don't water for months, or they over water all day and night so the few grass areas that are left end up being stinking swampy mosquito grounds.
People park in the courtyards and in the fire lanes and no one seems to care. If you complain, the management acts like you are stupid and they can't be bothered. The turnover here in staff is ridiculous.
I can't wait to move!
