Before I moved to Los Arboles I researched and visited most of the available apartments in Chandler. Los Arboles in great! More than reasonably priced, excellent location, efforts are made to improve and maintain the apartments and everyone I have met, spoken with and live by are very friendly. Sure, sometimes you can hear your neighbors when they are outside but that occurs in every type of housing. I moved from a very upscale community in East Gilbert (houses, not apartments) and there was more crime (vehicle vandalism, vehicle theft, domestic violence calls) than what occurs at Los Arboles. Everyone at the office has been extremely professional and listened to any issues presented to them. Los Arboles is the best deal in Chandler where most apartments are priced at $950 .
