The Los Arboles website as well as their recording when you call is a joke. The "beautiful grounds" are a mess. The landscapers they have here suck. All they do is make a bigger mess. They come through with their leaf blowers and stir everything up, blow it all over the cars and onto the patios of the residents. The prices are not competitive at all. The pet rent is ridiculous. Charging $35.00 a month is one thing, but $35.00 "per pet" is outrageous, especially when you have to pay a non-refundable pet deposit. The office staff stinks and the manager Angie Beam is nothing but a bag of attitude. She is very rude. I only moved here because I was in a desperate situation to find a place fast. The walls are so thin it is very annoying. Hotels are quieter then this place. If you have time to look around for an apartment, I would suggest doing so.

You forgot to mention the stray cat situation. I love hearing cats cry in the middle of the night, it`s so comforting.
