Bottom floor is noisy when young children upstairs. Dairy farm nearby which leads to smell in the hot summer. Not "close" walking distance to shopping, but about a mile away which isn't a BAD walk. Basha's, Albertsons, Target, and Blockbuster about a mile away. Parking isn't a major problem. Day care center practically on site. Maintenance staff very good. They allow DTV satalite dishes on balcony, but discourage BBQ grills. Southern view is HOT during Phoenix summers. AC is needed after 2pm to at least 7 pm 75% of the year. Cox Cable/HSI(sucks), and Qwest Phone. Vertical blinds do little to block copious area lighting at night, or sunlight/heat during the day. Grounds maintenance noisy one day a week starting at 8 AM. 2 pools, and decent exercise room in clubhouse. Problem with resident pet cleanup.
