The frindliest and most professional Office staff you'll find. Fair rent rate, ecspecially considering the sq. footage. Noise problems off and on depending on neighboring tenants. I'm on the second floor, and it's near impossible to avoid disturbing others without walking on eggshells, but that's apartment living, and we've learned to adjust. Best apt community I've lived in in Phx. 6TrHFn6pn7poyqNlKEgn
