Why, first class office staff, reliable maintenance, I have never felt uncomfortable having them in my home, and they respond to problems quickly. Well kept grounds. New appliances. Spacious, and floor plans are well layed out so, good use of square footage. Yeah, the walls aren't sound proof, but find a complex in this price range that is. Safe area, quiet. I would have never moved out if I still lived in Phoenix.Great pool! In response to another review, we had 2 windows in the master bedroom. Thank You Ocotillo Bay!
