Even before I leased the leasing office didn't seem to want to even take me out on a tour, they were rude and unprofessional. Any time I call in for anything I am interupted w/a rude quick remark to end the conversation. The pool is always dirty and is skimmed on because it is not the main pool. Parking is slim to none and your assigned space always gets parked in by others. When I call in a work order if the girls actually write it down it does get done though, water system is poor drains always clog even in my neighbors place. Apartments are nothing special if your looking for poor treatment this is the place, but if you are looking for exceptional service look elsewhere! I will not be renewing my lease this summer!

wow i toured with a girl there and would have rented if she actually seemed to care about leasing to me.

And you are right about the 2nd pool. I walked over there to swim, and I soon as I saw all the crap and floating bird eggs, I decided to forgo swimming.

My boyfriend and I made an attempt to rent from these people, and I agree that they make the application proccess extremely difficult and are completly RUDE. The manager told us that the reason we were denied was because my boyfriend had a mortgage in default on his credit report. Since my boyfriend has never owned a home, we were quite concerned and immediatly went to the bank. There we found out there was no such mortgage and that there would be no reason for the complex to think there was one. We called the manager from the bank so that the financial specialist could speak with her to explain there was no mortgage, and low and behold she was unavailable and could not be reached for the rest of the week. Bottom line is of they don't like you or the way you look, you will not be renting from them regardless of what measures they need to take.

Had absolutely no problems with the staff so far. They were very courteous and showed me the available apartment even though it was very close to closing time. Just think that there should be a fair evaluation of the staff here, good and bad.
