I've read the negative comments, and I do wonder about them because I found this place to be a little too nice(mirrored closet doors and marble vanities).

The office staff is friendly and they're pretty good w/maintenance.

I asked them to get rid of the mold in my apartment, and they recaulked the bathroom same-day.

The area is pretty safe and the surrounding neighborhood is one of the nicest ones in Chandler.

I've never had a problem w/people parking in my spot for more than a few hours occasionally, which doesn't bother me because one of the visitor spots is better anyway.

The one bedroom I got was huge at 910 sq.

ft., and I find the business center to be very handy.

My $700 rent includes water and a $50/mon.

off discount.

This place is a really good deal for price/sq.

footage, but I may be moving out because I still find it expensive.
