The management staff is unfriendly, with attitude, and unprofessional. The parking you pay for is not noted and they re-rent your paid parking to other tenants. The parking lots flood every time it rains. The pluming is has continual problems (>1yr) that are not fixed just duck taped. The flooding extends to units that are not repaired or compensated for during these inconveniences. I would not recommend, as you might love the look and price you will soon regret this move.
