I currently live at OS and I love it! The management staff are incredibly friendly and helpful with our needs and concerns. They care enough about the residents to host parties and activities. There have been issues with the water system, but they have always been addressed quite well. The maintenance staff will make sure that you are satisfied with the work they do. The office staff are good to follow-up on any items of concern. We love being a part of this community. It's fun and relaxed, but still well-maintained. Our only "complaint" (if you can call it that) is that there isn't enough covered parking so that each renter can at least have one space without paying for it. Other than that, we are completely satisfied!
