Apartments are OK at best. I have seen much better floorplans since moving here and visiting other people I have met. I apartment complex changed management companies and already I see that I will not be renewing my lease here. The staff is very unfriendly and for lack of a better word, I would call them "PATHETIC". We here have been accustom to talking to a very friendly, accomodating staff, and if we all move out then maybe the management company that is here now, will understand that you need to at least come in being will to talk to people without attitude.

You want to complain, but you don't have the guts to put your name on this rating or even give an example as to what happened to back up your rating - you are the pathetic one and have zero credibility! Anyone reading this - don't even pay attention! Further, your sentence structure is terrible and you don't make sense - I can bet you were one of the ones that think rules and policies do not apply to you, and you got in trouble. Regardless, whether you live apartment or homeowner's association, you have to follow simple, easy rules!

Pinkgirls You must be someone that just moved in and really have no business responding to someone elses experiences. We also see that you have no more guts than any one else, seeing that you used "Pinkgirls" as your "cybername". How must is the mangaement paying you to rebute what this persons opinion of the property is? Personally, I have been very disappointed in the staff as well as the layout of the apartment. Good luck to "Pinkgirls" may they won't ever piss you off.

I believe the one posting is actually one of the nasty members of the new management team. Since taking over, the proces of units has gone up but the appearence and care has certainly gone down. Anyone who has lived here back when Michelson was running the complex would agree that this place is going down hill. On top of the increase in rates and lack of surface you have to deal with the unattractive snobs working in the leasing office. Bitter is the best way I can describe them with absolutely no tact.
