The apartment itself is not luxury at all like it said in the ad. The rug was dirty and the appliance was not in good condition when I moved in. When I moved out, the place was left spotless and the appliances were exact condition as when I moved in but they still charged me with the cleaning and repair service which is $100 to $200 after the security deposite ($150), total is $250 to $350, when I inquired about the charge, they always said the manager was not in and they did not have authorization to talk about the charge beside their manager which is never there when I call. The management is very unfriendly, and service was terrible.
