I've lived here for awhile and would say that my stay has generally been as good as you could expect from living in an apartment complex. The apartments are not luxury by any meanings but were clean, fairly new and in decent shape. The old managment which was Michelson reality was great. The team was curtious and responded in atequate time to your needs. They also would throw get togethers for the community which were very nice as well. The apartments were well taken care of. IN January a new management took over by the name of Comair and it has been downhill from there. The rates of the apartments have gone up but the quality of customer service as well as appearence of these units have gone down. First and foremost there is a snobby, sloppy little B**ch by the name of kim that seems to be running the show. Do not ask her for anything because it would be an utter waste of time. She has no tact and lacks communication skills that would come natural to the rest of us all. ON the other hand the actual complex manager is Tami. I would suggest talking to her for every issue because she is more professional. Any time you call you have to make sure you ask to speak with here otherwise you will have to deal with kim or one of the leasing agents and you will end up getting nowhere. There is such a high turnaround on the leasing agents and maintenance team, so I cannnot comment much about them. Obviously they were not happy where they worked. The complex is dirtier than ever, the pool looks dirty to the point where it looks a bit hazardous. Most of the time the community lights do not work. I can't understand what the problem is with the gate. It breaks at least once a month. The prices are still fairly reasonable last I checked but the staff with the exception of Tami has to go. I use to really enjoy living here but now I would not really recommend it to anyone. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C

I agree with your assessment of the old management company but now that Michelson has the property again it is a complete reversal for the better. The property is well kept, maintenance and office staff are great...This company rescued the property from a downhill spiral
