i agree with the other comments, the old manager was totally rude and ran the property downhill, i was ready to move out but then i met the new manager and she was so nice and then they brought back all the good maintenance guys and i am happy i stayed. they have parties for us and everyone in the office is super nice now. its a great value for the money and i plan on staying now
