I moved in because I saw the ratings for this community on this website was not bad. But I have to say I am pretty dissapointed so far. The wall is really thin. I can clearly hear whenever the person next door takes shower. 2 dogs downstairs bark all the time. Everything broke before I moved in, including the air-conditioner, dish-washer, window screen. The staff is not that friendly except Lana. No assigned parking spot unless you pay for one. Even if you want to pay, you are not necessarily getting a spot which is close to your unit. I wanna say I wish I had chosen another community.
