We leased our apartment in April 2003 and moved in in June. We love it here and have nothing but positive things to say. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always helpful. Twice we have had to call about minor maintenance issues and both times, someone was out the same day. The community is quiet, there is ample parking, the facilities are well maintained, and the neighbors are friendly.

Before leasing here, I compared the size, move in cost, rent, # of amenities, price per square foot and other various features with the data of 20 other complexes in Chandler, and Pheasant Run was by far, the best value. I would not hesitate for a second to recommend the Pheasant Run Community to anyone.
