These apartments are in DIRE need of a remodel. I get out of my shower (which ALWAYS) clogs, smelling like chlorine! I have never used the dishwasher because it is so ancient and covered with ahrd water stains i doubt it even runs! The traffic from the Walmart which is RIGHT next door, is bad. I do not feel safe leaving my apartment after dark...Within the first 2 weeks of living here i have seen the police about 5 times..once at 7 in the morning! My bedroom window doesn't open (you can feel the glass pull away!) And the other day i saw a cockroach about the size of my thumb outside my neighbors doorstep! Not to mention the PAPER thin walls, you can't even listen to your T.V without getting complained on! Word to the wise...the cheap rent means cheap apartment...reconsider once the renovate, it is not worth it!
