My girl and I moved in hear together because of the price. We have come to find that these apartments are laying on death beds. They are in much need of a remodel. They are old, and on top of that we are paying $250 a month just for electric. My parrents have a house and pay $180. They are pourly insulated and not worth your time moveing in hear. OH and I forgot to tell you that these apartments have roaches, inside the place the size of my thumb. Do as you wish, but I have lived here and will never live hear again or recomend Pheasant Run to anyone.
