It's okay.

I have been living here for 2 months and I selected this complex without visiting it beforehand. If I could repeat the process, I would probably choose another complex. The apartment itself is in decent condition, nothing very modern, everything slightly worn but upon moving in it was pretty clean. I feel like my 1-bedroom apartment is spacious for the price I am paying. There are no overhead lights or ceiling fans in any of the rooms which is a pain. I can hear a lot of noises from my neighbors such as water being turned on and music playing. I feel like other residents drive a bit recklessly in the complex and there are no garage parking spots. The staff has been pretty nice to me so far so I have had no problems with them. I find it a bit strange that they inspect the apartment so often (I think occurs every few months). I have had 2 maintenance concerns and one was taken care of quickly and completely. The 2nd time I called for maintenance, my bedroom window was leaking during a rainstorm and water was coming into the bedroom. I only received attention after several calls and the repairman that came did not offer much, saying the roof was leaking and would not be fixed until the rains let up. I would rather the problem have been fixed before the monsoon season in Arizona. The area that the apartment is in is somewhat convenient (located next to a Wal-mart and Fry's) but this causes people to leave carts lying on the side of the street or in the complex, making it seem a little messy.
